All shipping is done via UPS paid for by client. All orders are insured. In the unlikely event of loss or damage of package, you will be able to receive a full refund from the carrier (if you will be able to provide the original packaging for inspection in case of damaged art) Please note that the refund is payed by the carrier, not the seller.
You will receive an e-mail notification on the day of shipping with a tracking number so you can track your painting online.
Please allow 4-7 business days to process your order, and an additional 2-4 business days to arrive to your destination.

you will not be eligible for a refund if:
- the painting is shipped to me after more than 7 days from the date of delivery
- the painting is shipped with out the tracking number and insurance and was lost in the mail
- the painting is damaged
- does not include all original packaging
